We invite you to register for participation in SIAL 2026!

Registration is now open for participation in the collective stand of Ukrainian exporters within the National Pavilion of Ukraine at SIAL 2026 (Paris, France), organized by the Ukrainian Berries Association with the support of partners.

SIAL is one of the world’s largest international food industry exhibitions, held every two years in Paris, France. The event brings together thousands of producers, importers, restaurateurs, retailers, and distributors from over 100 countries, serving as a key platform for establishing business connections and expanding export opportunities. It also showcases global trends, innovations, and new products in the food sector.

Who can apply:
Producers and exporters of frozen fruits and berries, ice cream, confectionery, snacks, beverages, and grocery products who meet the following criteria:

  • Have experience supplying international markets or are interested in entering them;
  • Can ensure appropriate product quality and possess the necessary export certifications;
  • Are business entities with at least 50% ownership held by Ukrainian citizens or legal entities registered in Ukraine;
  • Have experience in exporting or are ready to export from Ukraine (including ensuring production volumes, logistics, storage, packaging, and labeling in line with international requirements);
  • Have a website and promotional materials in English;
  • Have an English-speaking employee (potential company representative at the exhibition) and are ready to send them to Germany for the duration of the exhibition, as well as involve them in preparatory and follow-up activities (including meetings and events before, during, and after the exhibition);
  • Are ready to cover expenses related to logistics, accommodation, daily allowances for company representatives, shipment of product samples, and rental of additional equipment (e.g., refrigerators), if needed, as well as co-financing of the pavilion;
  • Have no legal or financial ties with the Russian Federation, Belarus, and/or the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Organizers provide participants with:

  • Exhibition space within the collective stand;
  • Basic stand design and branding;
  • Communication support;
  • Assistance in organizing B2B meetings.

Participation in the collective stand offers Ukrainian companies the opportunity to:

  • Find new partners and expand export geography;

  • Increase brand awareness in the global market.
