Recruitment of companies to participate in Fruit Logistica 2025

The Ukrainian Berries Association invites Ukrainian exporters of fresh berries and fruits to participate in the stand at the leading international exhibition of fresh products Fruit Logistica 2025.

From February 5 to 7, 2025, Berlin will host the world's largest international exhibition of fresh fruit and vegetables Fruit Logistica 2025. As usual, it presents the entire value chain of fresh fruit and vegetable products - from materials and equipment for growing and processing to the finished product.

Every year, representatives from more than 80 countries attend Fruit Logistica to present their products and services on an international level. The exhibition also provides an opportunity to learn about new varieties of fruits and vegetables, processing, storage and transportation technologies.

Eleven companies exporting fruit and berry products will be selected to participate in the Ukrainian exposition on a competitive basis. During the event, the participants will have the opportunity to present their products to a foreign audience and discuss the latest developments and trends in the industry with colleagues from around the world.

The competition is open to companies that:

• Are registered in Ukraine (preference is given to business entities with 50% ownership by Ukrainian citizens or legal entities registered in Ukraine).
• Have a website and promotional materials in English.
• Have English-speaking employees (company representatives at the exhibition) and are ready to send them to Berlin for the duration of the exhibition.
• Are ready to cover the costs of logistics, accommodation, meals/per day for company representatives, logistics (or rental) of equipment (e.g., a refrigerator) and product samples (if required), as well as co-financing of the stand.
• Have no legal or financial ties to the Russian Federation and/or Belarus.
