Ukrainian organic sector companies invited to exhibit at the BIOFACH 2025
The Ukrainian Berries Association together with the State Institution “Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office” and national project “Diia.Business” invite Ukrainian exporters of organic products to become exhibitors of the National Pavilion of Ukraine at the leading international trade fair of organic products BIOFACH 2025.
BIOFACH is the largest annual international organic trade fair in Europe. It is traditionally held in Nuremberg (Germany) and covers organic food products, beverages, and non-food items.
Twenty organic exporters will be selected competitively to exhibit within the National Pavilion of Ukraine. During the event, the participants can present their products to an international audience and discuss the latest developments and trends in the organic sector with colleagues from around the world.
The National Pavilion of Ukraine at BIOFACH 2025 aims to promote Ukraine as a country producing high-quality organic food products. The National Pavilion will present the widest range of organic products from small, medium and large companies.
Benefits of participating in the trade fair within the National Pavilion of Ukraine:
- Covered exhibition costs (excluding participants’ co-financing, logistics, accommodation, and meals).
- Equipped workspace.
- Publishing exhibitors’ information on the BIOFACH 2025 web portal.
- Organisational support in planning individual meetings with foreign partners.
Three groups of participants will be organised:
- Group A: 50% of the pavilion space will be allocated for small and medium-sized enterprises (* SME) that have participated in BIOFACH at most twice or have not participated.
- Group B: 30% of the pavilion space will be allocated to experienced SMEs that have exhibited at BIOFACH three times or more.
- Group C: 20% of the pavilion space will be allocated to large enterprises and SMEs that need more space to present their companies.
The call is open to companies that:
- Have over 2 years of experience in the organic market.
- Are registered in Ukraine (preference is given to business entities with 50% of ownership belonging to Ukrainian citizens or legal entities registered in Ukraine).
- Have a valid certificate confirming compliance with the requirements of international standards in the field of organic production and/or circulation of organic products. The products have the “organic” status.
- Have a website and promotional materials in English.
- Have English-speaking employees (company representatives at the trade fair) and are ready to delegate them to Nuremberg for the duration of the trade fair.
- Are ready to cover the costs of logistics, accommodation, meals/per diem for company representatives, logistics (or rental) of equipment (e.g. refrigerator) and product samples (if required), as well as co-financing of the pavilion.
- Have no legal or financial ties with the Russian Federation and/or Belarus.
Organisers expect to select 9 companies from Group A, 8 companies from Group B, and 3 companies from Group C.
Preference will be given to the companies that:
- For Group A and B: Are participating in BIOFACH for the first or second time.
- For all three groups: Will present value-added products** at the trade fair.
- For all three groups: Are businesses owned or managed by veterans.
- For all three groups: Are businesses owned or managed by women.

After thoroughly vetting companies, the organisers will create a shortlist of potential participants and communicate with them to confirm participation or clarify their details. Based on the processed information, the organisers, taking into account the comments of representatives of technical assistance projects that provide financial support to the National Pavilion of Ukraine, will select exhibitors, inform them of their confirmation of participation and register them in the electronic system of the trade fair.

The National Pavilion of Ukraine at BIOFACH 2025 is organised by the Ukrainian Berries Association and the State Institution “Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office ”, the national project Diia.Business, under the patronage of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, and with the support of:
