Ukrainian organic sector companies invited to exhibit at the BIOFACH 2025

The "Ukrainian Berries Association," in cooperation with the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, invites Ukrainian organic product exporters to participate in the National Pavilion of Ukraine at the leading international organic products exhibition, BIOFACH 2025.

BIOFACH is an annual international exhibition and the largest exhibition in Europe. It is traditionally held in Nuremberg (Germany) and covers organic food products, beverages, and non-food items.

Twenty organic product exporters will be selected competitively to participate in the Ukrainian exposition. During the event, participants can present their products to an international audience and discuss the latest developments and trends in the organic sector with international colleagues.

Organizing the National Pavilion of Ukraine at the international BIOFACH exhibition aims to promote Ukraine as a producer of high-quality organic food products. The booth will showcase the broadest range of products from companies of different sizes.

Benefits of participating in the exhibition within the National Pavilion of Ukraine:

  • Cover exhibition costs (excluding participant co-financing, logistics, accommodation, and meals).
  • Equipped workspace.
  • Placement of company information on the BIOFACH 2025 portal.
  • Organizational support in planning individual meetings with foreign partners.

Three groups of participants will be organized:

Companies eligible to participate in the tender must:

  • Have a valid organic certificate confirming compliance with organic production and/or circulation of organic products.

  • Have English-speaking employees (company representatives at the exhibition) and be ready to send them to Germany for the exhibition's duration.
  • Be ready to cover the costs of logistics, accommodation, meals/daily allowance for company representatives, logistics for equipment and product samples (if needed), and co-financing of the booth.
  • Have no legal or financial ties with the Russian Federation and/or Belarus.

Organizers expect to select 9 companies from Group A, 8 companies from Group B, and 3 companies from Group C.

Preference will be given to companies that:

  • For Group A and B: Are small or medium-sized
