
The Ukrainian Berries Association and partners, invite Ukrainian berry and nut producers to take part in the National Stand of Ukraine at the international trade fair FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026 in Berlin, Germany.

FRUIT LOGISTICA is a key global event for all stakeholders in the fresh produce business. Every year, the exhibition brings together more than 80,000 professionals from over 130 countries, offering unique opportunities to establish business contacts, expand export markets, and find new partners.
The exhibition covers the entire fresh fruit and vegetable value chain — from inputs and equipment for production and processing to finished products.

Berry and nut producers and processors should meet the following requirements:
-
The company must be registered and operating in Ukraine
-
At least 50% ownership must belong to Ukrainian citizens or legal entities registered in Ukraine
-
Proven experience and readiness to export from Ukraine (ability to ensure product volumes, logistics, storage, packaging, and labeling in line with international buyer requirements)

Availability of a website and promotional materials in English
-
Availability of an English-speaking staff member (potential company representative at the exhibition) and willingness to delegate him/her to Berlin for the duration of the event, including participation in organizational activities before, during, and after the exhibition

Willingness to cover costs related to travel, accommodation, meals/per diems for company representatives, logistics of product samples, rental of equipment (e.g., refrigerator, if required), as well as co-financing of the pavilion

No legal or financial ties with the Russian Federation, Belarus, and/or the Islamic Republic of Iran
Preference will be given to:

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs*) and producers/exporters of organic products with high added value**

Producers/exporters whose representative has participated in trainings organized by the UNIDO GQSP Ukraine Project, such as:

Producers/exporters holding food safety and/or quality certificates, including organic certification
* SMEs are defined as legal entities of any organizational and legal form and ownership type with an average annual number of employees not exceeding 250 persons and annual turnover not exceeding the equivalent of EUR 50 million, calculated at the average annual exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine.
** High value-added products are agricultural products with higher overall value due to:
(a) increased labor input and/or higher production standards; and/or
(b) processing (e.g., semi-finished or ready-to-eat products); and/or
(c) marketing activities (e.g., branding, pricing strategies, direct sales to consumers).
After a thorough review of applications for compliance with the above criteria, the organizers will form a shortlist of potential participants and contact them to confirm participation or уточнення даних. Based on the processed information and in consultation with partner representatives — technical assistance programs supporting the National Stand of Ukraine — the final list of exhibitors will be approved and informed of their confirmed participation in Fruit Logistica 2026.

The National Stand of Ukraine at Fruit Logistica 2026 is organised by the Ukrainian Berries Association in partnership with the State Institution “Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office”(EEPO, Ukraine), the national project Diia.Business, the Public Union "Association of Gardeners, Grape Growers and Winemakers of Ukraine" (Ukrsadvinprom) and the Ukrainian Blueberry Growers Association, under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine, and with the support of Switzerland within the framework of two programmes:
- The Global Quality and Standards Programme (GQSP Ukraine), implemented by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO);
- The Swiss Import Promotion Programme (SIPPO), implemented by the Swiss Foundation for Technical Cooperation Swisscontact.
